The facilities and support from the staff were excellent. They were helpful from the start of the booking, finding address of the hotel. The hospitality were excellent. They even guided us to the places to visit in kochi. They were always a call away. Very responsible to the work and polite to the customers. I thoroughly suggest this hotel for stay
