Springfield Billets

While thr property is very close to the railway station, the staff isn't really great. We had to ask someone to help us with our luggage and there was hardly any staff around to help is with thr check in. The room was small and smelt of a very strong room freshener which gave us a headache. The kettle provided was broken. The bathroom shower drain wasn't working either. And the guests were noisy until 12am in the night which was disturbing. Wouldn't recommend this for families.

Recently stayed at and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities.

Location is really convenient for North railway station. Just walkable distance. Rooms are a bit old but clean. Food not available but there are restaurants really nearby. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Brush / Paste not available. Overall recommended for comfy stay near railway station.

Smell of cigarettes in the whole room, toilet and pillows.i get infected and vomit.

I found out about this hotel through my friend, booked it, it was okay for the money I paid, but they ask me to check out at 11:30 am no matter when I check in, that's not right. What if people who come at 7 am for urgent work check out at 11:30 am and pay 2000 for just 4:30 hours???

loxation is very much accessable for Ernakulam North Railway Station. Foods and all, we will get a good nearest hotels. i will give my ratings are 9.7 out of 10

It was a nice stay. Staffs were extremely friendly. Rooms were very neat. Overall ot was a really good experience. Looking forward to coming here again.

we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. staff were polite and helpful. Although room was a bit small, it was upto the budget and a decent room. rooms and toilets were clean and had required toiletries.

Room was neat and comfortable, however in bathroom body shampoo was not provided. Can was found empty. No bath towel provided.

The place was average i wouldn't say it's worth the money but the place has scope for improvement. The sheets clean and fresh but was worn out and torn. I also had an issue with the ac as the remote wasn't working properly.
