Worst worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. We booked hotel from 6-7 of december as check out was 11 in morning. We needed hotel for just 3 hours to change cloths and freshen up. After reaching hotel in morning they told it is given to someone else and they cannot give us room like seriously if check out is for 11 in morning how you can give room to other person the day before. Tried to reach several times to customer care no one helped us and not even gave us our refund. Never gonna book any stay again.

Worst experience ever poor bathroom and room full of cigarettes smell caused me breathing problems. Cigarettes were everywhere including bathroom. I will uninstall your application and ask my friend circle and business circle to do the same
