Very bad experience

Very bad service. No water. Very poor performance. Tea was very bad. Staff was not good. Nothing was right.

Had booked with complimentary breakfast. On reaching they told breakfast was not complimentary. After showing them the booking instructions, we somehow managed to get breakfast - on order basis. Only 2-3 items. Had booked 12 noon to 12 noon for 3 days, but checked in at 7am the next day. The receptionist told us to vacate at 7am on the 3rd day. We explained that checkout was at 12 noon as per booking policy, they didn't agree. Finally we checked out at 11am
