APPLE VALLEY INN

While I visited the hotel, the hotel was very unpleasant, it was dirty and lot of insects where roaming around there were Cockroaches on the pillows, on the table and other places on the floor. The cockroaches were on room floor. The curtains were also very dirty even the pillow covers were not washed and there were stains. The bathroom light was also flickering and not switching on. The room doesn't have proper lighting facility also and overall it's a bad experience to stay.

Too many cockroaches. Heater had tripping issues. Reception was ok.

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the marriage hall where i was attending a wedding. However, there ends the positives. The rooms had a level of dampness that caused a throat infection for two of us. The beds were old with sunken springs, and pillows were shabby with stains, clearly not maintained. The shower in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in ages and had a very feeble water flow. The bucket and mug weren't clean either. There was a switch for the water heater in the bathroom but we were not informed that the water heater had a central control in the reception. So, we had no hot water while getting ready for an early wedding at 5 am. Going by our experience, we turned the hot water to maximum temperature for the next morning and received a boiling hot gush of water from the tap. The wood on the shelves and cupboard were rotting and peeling off, risking scraping people. All these were minor issues compared to the cockroach infestation. There were dozens of cockroaches in the room crawling all over the place to a point where we were scared to leave anything open even for a few seconds. We had to buy pest sprays from the supermarket nearby to deal with it, and stuff cotton in our ears to prevent any roaches from going inside our ears. The people at the reception informed us that there had been a pest control visit just a few days ago, which clearly hasn't worked. On the whole, i wouldn't recommend it unless walking to the wedding hall is your only criterion.

It was an average experience, rooms were already occupied with some of the cockroaches and the restroom door lock was not working, the ac was not working up to the mark. Over all it was an average experience. I can prefer male bachelors to stay here.

Good place and good staff and overall comfortable stay. We stayed for one week due to hospital surgery. Very close to sms hospital.

I cancelled my stay after reaching the hotel. Following are my grievances 1. The receptionist was not smart to answer any of my queries 2 the toilet was dirty with diary mud water when flushed 3. Toilet had blocks sink water also has

Worst hotel, they not even know what is mean hygene. Plenty of cockroaches in room. Worst bed. Some how we managed to stay.

Good location. Proximity to bus / metro & cabs. Staff courteous and efficient. Restaurants under renovation.

Room was soo bad and unhygienic. The toilet was not clean there is nothing in the room. Even room was smelling

Good place neat and clean, near to metro station so no issues, officials there are friendly, restaurant is also available at down stairs

In there no room service boy there are no helping boy if u order something i need to come down and pickup the food

Good hotel and clean. Keep it up. Friendly staff. Cooperative, safe, and good entertainment. Good food too.

Not bad. Need to improve on cleanliness. Mainly bathroom need to cleaned properly. Receptionist was friendly.

1. There was no clothes hanger in the bathroom. Later, it was fixed after a complaint. 2. Whole night, the water seepage from ac was dripping on the bed. 3. Bedsheets and bedspread were not very clean

There were coakroaches in the room. The suite room could not accommodate 4 people even though at the time of booking it said it can. At the time of check in we were told that the hotel didn't have extra beds. On the whole a very average hotel.

Bathroom is pathetic.
