My stat at Olive Serviced Apartment BTM Layout, Bengaluru was excellent. Infrastructure and all other facilities are upto the mark. Cleaning and all other facilities as well as location is good.

The property is very good- staff is friendly but their customer service people seems to least bothered about loyal customers- they were not bothered if the customer wants to coma back again or not. I asked that if I am booking the rooms for individual days for 3 different dates- then complimentary welcome kit is given evday but if it is booked for 3 days at a stretch then it is given only on the first day- when I said that then I may have to look for alternative options in future- the lady on phone said ‘ok sir’ which means it is perfectly fine to lose a regular customer like me- possibly becoz they have enough and more business

i stayed for two days sunday there was no water since mrng 11 to evening 4pm we cancelled our plans for sunday because for no water even for drinking

The stay was really terrible this time. I requested car parking prior to confirmation of my booking. They confirmed to me that I will be given parking upon my arrival at the property. But once I reached the apartments there was a car parked in front of the gate and the care taker of the property struggled to get in touch with the owner of the car to be moved so that I can park my car inside. We were literally standing outside the property for almost an hour before they managed to move the car. This was really annoying since I double checked with the property office for confirmation of the car park prior to booking and the office also confirmed the same. Would not recommend staying here if you expect to park inside the apartment building
