Hotel wasn’t as expected at all..bedding felt unclean, lighting was also a bit shady…breakfast was included in my charge for breakfast they only had bread and butter and cold set dosa.

Good Stay
It’s good but not very friendly staff. Breakfast is not always on time. We just need to adjust with a slice of bread and butter Room is decent. But couldn’t get breakfast on time. They will only have bread and butter. Not friendly staff. No room cleaning done

One of the worst properties ever booked
I did not stay. I checked in because I had no place to keep my luggage and could not take it for my meeting. I booked another property and Crown Heights did not allow partial cancellation. The reception was manned by unprofessional people and the room at Crown Heights had sticky floor. The walls had stains. One of The worst places I have ever booked. Nothing was good about the property. It should not be there

It was a good hotel with excellent ambience and all things were clean and also my family members enjoyed the stay as well. It would have been great if there's a place for car parking
