Location is perfect, room is untidy, bed bugs and no cleanilness

The hotel was good but I had booked ac room through MakeMyTrip and they gave me a non-ac room.So my opinion that I booked a hotel for the first time from MakeMyTrip and this was my first and last booking from MakeMyTrip

May be the room ambience is tolerable. But,the smell outside and in the lift is intolerable. Except two towels and 2 water bottles, nothing is provided. May be it's policy. But considering for a cost, this I consider a waste. The daily news paper is not even available in the reception. Location is OK for me considering my purpose of visit. But service and all arguable.Food not tried since non veg also there. Overall I have not got my money's worth, sorry to say. Next time I prefer not to select this, unless God's idea is different.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service during my current stay at your hotel. I had clearly mentioned during my booking and earlier check-in communication that I would be arriving by 6:30 AM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room would only be available at 11:00 AM, which caused me considerable inconvenience. Additionally, I have been staying here for the past three days, and during this period, my room has not been cleaned even once. This lack of basic housekeeping is unacceptable.

Incase of emergency situation alok park is ok because of no laundry and late response from reception.

Each and every tap including bath room door handle is rusted. I have used my own tissue to open and use door

don't disturb anyone it is very good i like it very much and i do deadly wave sometimes and i will do trai to know daily meaning it is very good

The entrance is through the restaurant and it's not professionally managed. It's more like a lodge.

The hotel is located near the metro station and bus stop, so it is very easy to access, also the ground floor is occupied with a good vegetarian restaurant. The only problem i faced is with the washroom, below are my concerns. 1-sometimes the hot water is not available in the washroom. 2- the towel hanger is not available inside the washroom.

I recently stayed at Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, my room failed to meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Issues: 1.⁠ ⁠Room Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and dirt in corners. 2.⁠ ⁠Non-functional Fan: The ceiling fan was not working, making the room feel stuffy. 3.⁠ ⁠Bathroom Condition: The bathroom was in an unacceptable state, with [ specify issues, e.g., dirty sink, stained toilet, broken showerhead]. Overall Experience: Despite the hotel's promising appearance, my stay was marred by these fundamental issues. As a guest, I expect a clean and comfortable environment, which was not provided. Recommendation: Until the hotel addresses these concerns, I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel very well located. Good restaurant. Prompt and helpful staff.

The hotel is average fulfilling basic requirements of the stay. Good option as it is very next to aster whitefield.

no response on complaining at hotel site. Airconditioner not working properly, no fridge in room, no electric ketel for tea - coffee promised by hotel supervisor et.. Third grade bathroom, all in all way uh-ave

Location was good, there was no 24 hours food service and amenities were avg. Reception guy was not at his page for 10 mins so we had to wait

Food is just name sake. Was given a token to the below restaurant. Air conditioner not working. Drinking water not provided

Ac not working. They are helpless to rectify. Buffet breakfast is served. Only one item provided. Toilet is dirty. Reception behaviour is not upto the satisfaction.

They charge if you mistakenly get any marks on the bed sheet and charge extremely high and that time the behaviour was very bad air conditioner was not working properly. There was no place to eat food like table. And no hanger in the toilet, to hang towels.

Hotel room is not clean, and no maintenance. Bedspread and pillows were of full human hair and after getting in i called office boy to change. Bathroom water clogging and takes time to leave. No compliments given at hotel, no tea or cofee counter kept, they just take money and forget. While booking it was showing free advance checkin and checkout, but while ferritin they said it’s not available. They charged 1200 additional for few hours. It’s simply waste of money and don’t recommend who needs pleasant stay.

The person who worked as receptionist has worst behavior. He treats customers without respect and behavior is very much arrogant

Rooms are good. But the staff doesn’t have basic courtesy of how to speak to guests. Hope they give proper training.
