Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Right from the moment we entered the room, there was a strong, unpleasant odor. We were a group of four, yet only three bathroom kits were provided. When we asked for the fourth, we were told that since the booking was made online, they wouldn’t be providing an additional kit — an explanation that made little sense and felt quite unprofessional.
The bathroom was unhygienic and poorly maintained, which added to our discomfort.
We checked in around 11:30 AM, and while the manager on duty did his best to assist us and was genuinely helpful within his limits, it was evident that the hotel was severely understaffed. Shockingly, there was only one service staff member available for such a large property.
The breakfast buffet was far below expectations — very limited options and poor quality.
Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even a basic level of comfort and service.
