amenities are not worth the price paid for property and service is also not good. overall experience is poo

Room was not that great, room not provided any basic needs like soap, shampoo etc.

I had a very bad experience at the property.I have booked for 3 days day ,when I reached property to check in they denied check in and asked me to pay 700 more per day which is 2100 extra for 3 days.Properry is claiming the price is wrong and their per day price is 1300 inr. I called to mmt customer care they took some 30 mins to resolve this.overall it's a bad experience,I was literally waiting outside at the reception till the issue for resolved.

Terrible experience. Hotel owner was very rude and behaved very badly with us. We arrived at 9 AM IST in the morning as our bus was scheduled to reach early. First of all, the owner behaved rudely with us saying why we booked through MakeMyTrip and told rudely we should have booked directly through him after coming to hotel and should have paid 1000 Rupees. The fact is if MakeMyTrip was not there, how would have we known that his hotel exists? Also why we should pay extra amount when the amount showing in MakeMyTrip was less than 1000 rupees? He charged 270 rupees extra just because we reached earlier than 12 PM, though rooms were available and vacant. When we asked to put amount in the bill, he intentionally put 10,000 rupees instead of actual amount which was 1180 rupees, saying “This is my hotel and I can put whatever amount I want”. We had to update the amount to correct it after that, adding the same in attachment. Adding to that, at night we went out to buy some food for dinner and got late as restaurant took more time to prepare it and pack it for us. We informed the owner over call that it would take few more minutes only and requested the owner to allow us to enter the hotel at 11 PM. The owner told that MakeMyTrip should have informed us that hotel closes at 10 PM and he will not allow us. Also once we reached at 11 PM hurrying with the food from the restaurant, he kept the door closed deliberately and did not answer to our calls. We rang the calling bell but he did not open the door. We kept standing there for 15 minutes and then he opened the door. He did this intentionally to harass us, just because we booked from Makemytrip and not directly through him. Also it felt like he did that because we don’t speak his language. Requesting Makemytrip to take strict action against Varun Residency and end tie-up with his hotel, as we don’t want anyone else facing same issue. Also please provide refund of the extra charged amount. Note: The hotel does not provide drinking water, does not provide AC, water tap does not work in washroom and water is barely available.

The crew is helpful, and the beds are soft. Makes for a good stay !

The receptionist was crazy and was talking like some cop, i will never recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel is excellent, and the staff helped me with great hospitality and was very calm and courteous.

Nice cosy room. Bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable.

Staff was very cool, prefect services given by staff. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful.

The efficiency of the elevators at this hotel was noteworthy. I never had to wait long, and they made navigating the floors a breeze.

Charged 500 extra for staying and service was very poor tv was not working very bad behaviour of staff

I already booked the hotel online and there they asked me to pay more because was showing the wrong price. Also the voltage power is less you cannot use ac and geezer at the same time, but the owner is friendly and helpful

The hotel denied our booking, we tried convincing him for an hour but he denied. I have to go and book another hotel that late night it was horrible

Location is ok, they didn't give me the key to lock the room as it's lost and i always close room and go hoping no one would get in and stole anything

Booked one room through the app and one directly at hotel. At checkout we were asked to pay more than the agreed amount for the other room. Their is no kitchen but make my trip books the room including breakfast. Resolve this confusion

Although the staff is good. Everything else is worst. The bedsheet was very dirty and when we asked to change it we were told that its old. We can't do anything. The bathroom was also terrible and it's flush was not working. They charged too high but the room and facilities were very very poor. Stay away from it. If you have any other options. Hotel is located in a residential area.

I didn't get food i booked with breakfast but there is no breakfast given and till now i don't get invoices bill. I need refund for food.
