Super Hotel O Whitefield

The stay was overall bad. The room smelled very bad. apart from that room service was also not so good. They didn’t provide us with anything except a dirty towel. The rooms were not as shown in the pictures. They were totally different and ugly looking. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone and I am never gonna stay here again. There were cockroaches all over the room and it was really disgusting. The washroom wasn’t built properly. No taps were working, and in fact, they were leaking all the time, bad experience overall.

Hotel is very far from main road. Service is very bad. Electricity current in bathroom tab .No food service in hotel door lock is broken. we shifted whole night one room to another.very bad experience Very bad service .

This place is having too much bad experience. People is not responding you no service , No cleaning, No TV , No Proper WiFi. No Restaurant No regular room cleaning or towel also not available with the room..Biggest problem and challenge People is not supporting or not responding after 7 to 8 calls as well after share the photo and video of place..

Poor hygiene, I would not recommend it to anyone. Unhygienic blanket, could see stains all over it. I had to climb the 3rd floor each time since the elevator was out of odour most of the time.

The stay at super hotel o whitefield was comfortable. Hotel was approachable from airport, railway station and bus depot. Room as well as washroom was maintained clean and hygenic. Ac, tv, 24x7 hot water in bathroom. Good ventilation and light. The staff was responsive giving quick services. Kitchen was not there. So they made food available from outside restaurants as per order. I booked room for 3 adults. But the room was 2 sharing. However my overall stay was good.
