I have stayed at this property before and found it much better around 5–6 months ago. Unfortunately, my recent experience was not up to the same standard. The towels provided were stained with a yellowish tint, and hand towels were no longer available. The bidet lid in the bathroom was broken, which was inconvenient. In addition, the receptionist was not very warm or welcoming, which affected the overall impression of hospitality. Overall, the stay was average. I hope the management addresses these issues to bring the hotel back to the quality it once offered.

The staff was not so welcoming and charged extra despite us not purchasing anything extra . there was one person with us who stayed a few hours in the hotel room that we had already paid for the staff demanded extra charge of that person whenwe booked one room that's it no extra mattress demanded nothing so why were we charged
