The staff was not so welcoming and charged extra despite us not purchasing anything extra . there was one person with us who stayed a few hours in the hotel room that we had already paid for the staff demanded extra charge of that person whenwe booked one room that's it no extra mattress demanded nothing so why were we charged

Food was good, room service is not as up to the mark. Hotel staff only come for room service if we told them. Air conditioners are generating noise some times. Daily towel not change. They will change if we will told them

Terrible Stay
My experience at hello INN was not at all good . The staff was very slow .There was no water and towel in my room when I called them they responded very slowly and I got after 2 hrs that too after calling several times . Also when I woke up next morning there was no water in the whole hotel and I suffered a lot because of this.

Service of the hotel is pathetic and also there was a refund in the food bill but they didn't provide it.
