Why the place is bad

I recently stayed at a hotel that i would not recommend to anyone. The room was clean and did not look anything like in the pictures, with stains on the carpet and a musty smell. The bathroom was also dirty and outdated, with a broken ceiling and broken utilities. The fan or a/c was not working which got us both so sweating and could barely sleep. The staff were unhelpful in this issue. I would not stay at this hotel again and advise others to avoid it.

Room service is good, but without breakfast, unknowingly i was taking breakfast i thought it was complimentary with accommodation but later at the check out i came to know i need to pay for breakfast and i had to pay for it. wifi is very slow and sometimes it doesn't show signal they give shampoos in pouch of 1rs or 2rs and never provided hand-wash told to use tissue paper.
