Our group had a wonderful stay at this service apartment. The private terrace was a fantastic highlight — it was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing or socializing with friends in the evenings. Description of booking shows 2 queen beds, however the apartment has only one bed. All I was given is a 3x6 mattress extra. One of us had to literally sleep on the couch. Strange thing is there’s no response from Make My Trip as well inspite of flagging it during the stay itself

Frequent power cuts, no hot water given to any rooms and property manager MR Sandeep said geysers were not working and they had removed it and no basic things provided like towels or anything and in out 3 days stay not once room was cleaned and the TV was not working

First of all the place is far off in an isolated area. There were no utensils and toiletries as well. Had to follow up so many times just for a towel. I would suggest going with their other property in brookefield or there are other options

Short lady (Warden) feels like she's the owner of the property and rude behavior. if you keep this lady for maintainance you guys may loose business. very rude and Arguing Previously Deepak was there he is very kind and respectfull.
