Felt just like home. Amazing stay on Lavelle Road

We stayed at SmartStay Service Apartment at their 3BHK property and it was a great experience. The apartment has everything you would need, like living at home. Full kitchen setup with all appliances like stove, microwave, fridge, utensils, even little things like a toaster and kettle, coffee machine, and air fryer. We actually ended up cooking a few meals ourselves which was super convenient. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfy, and bathrooms spotless. Service was excellent too – staff were really polite and quick to help with anything we asked for. John was very helpful and a great resource during our entire stay. And the location is perfect. It is right on Lavelle Road, so pretty much in the heart of everything. You can just walk to cafés, restaurants, UB City, everything’s close by. It’s a nice area to stay in, felt very safe. Overall I’d definitely recommend SmartStay if you’re in Bangalore. Will for sure stay again next time I’m in the city.

They upgraded us to their 3 bedroom apartment which was amazing since we were traveling as a family and had originally booked a smaller space. The location is fantastic, everything is easily walkable and lot of food options are there near to the property. Service was good, polite staff and the room interiors are very nice. Good for families and groups. Value for money. There was all the amenities in the kitchen so we were able to cook and eat together.

I had a good stay at SmartStay Serviced Apartments. took a private room in a shared apartment and it was very comfortable. The location was great. it’s right in the heart of the city, close to great cafés and restaurants and everything you need. The apartment was clean and well maintained, the bedroom was spacious and cozy too, and kitchen was well equipped with all appliances which made it feel more like home than a hotel. Great experience and would stay here again.

coupleI recently had the pleasure of staying at this serviced apartment, and i can't recommend it enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. They provided us some welcome treats like cookies and cupcakes. The rooms were very spacious, especially the master bedroom and was thoughtfully designed, providing ample room to relax. They had all essential appliances like coffee machine, microwave, etc. That we needed and were able to cook breakfast and dinner during our stay. For the quality and comfort offered, this apartment is a great value for money. Will definitely come back when i'm in bangalore again.

coupleThe place is very centrally located, so it’s certainly ideal for those travelling to Bangalore for work or to watch a match at the cricket stadium. Choose this place only if you plan to use the room to rest at night. Please don’t come in with the hope of spending quality time at the apartment. The quality of rooms is average. When I was there the kitchen was absolutely filthy — food everywhere, unwashed utensils in the basin, etc. Lastly, the executive room does not come with a queen size bed, instead it comes with 2 separate single beds.
