A Nightmare – Uninhabitable, Unreachable, and Unacceptable!

This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, things went downhill. One of the washrooms was completely out of order, and no one bothered to fix it during our stay. On top of that, the washrooms weren’t cleaned daily, even though we were promised daily service. This is unacceptable, especially when traveling with a 3-year-old! To make matters worse, the caretaker’s number was constantly unreachable. Every time we tried calling for help or to report issues, he either didn’t pick up or flat-out ignored our calls. It felt like we were completely on our own with no support. The apartment itself was in terrible shape – dirty, old, and poorly maintained. It was far below the standard we were expecting, and it certainly didn’t match the photos or description. This was a substandard, rundown place that was a complete waste of money. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It’s not worth the frustration or the stress.

A meaningless and a disastrous stay with no amenities and worst service.

I would only say that don’t go by the pictures, they have uploaded. The washrooms aren’t cleanedthroughout our stay. One of the washrooms doesn’t have any water and even after a repetitive request, no one came to resolve it, stating that the plumber was in his village .We had come here with our three son and it was a disastrous experience.Families coming should strictly stay away from this property. Would definitely never recommend this company for further stays to anyone. The Caretaker at the property never picks the call and is always busy or unavailable. Please book at your own risk. Thanks
