I had a generally pleasant stay at the property. The location was convenient, and the space was comfortable. However, there were several issues that impacted the experience: I noticed cockroaches and bugs, and the kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned. The pillows and sheets also appeared unclean, and there was an unpleasant odor in the house. Additionally, the entrance of the building was not well-maintained. With some attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect — always smiling, always helpful, and always anticipating needs before they were voiced. Their attentiveness made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. The in-house restaurant served up culinary delights that rival some of the finest I’ve experienced. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a delight to the senses, with fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a luxurious escape, this hotel is a true sanctuary. I left feeling refreshed, cherished, and already planning my return. Highly recommended to anyone who values beauty, service, and serenity. The caretaker was so coorporative with the things and the manager gave all the details before reaching the stay

The room I stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets and dirty linens. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival.”

Rooms were not cleaned on regular basis, however the care taker was kind enough to clean them when said. Also, the property is well maintained, good for group travellers, who need privacy as well as combine as group since its a 1bhk apartment type property and we got 4 such apartments for ourselves.
