Villa 9C by Revkeys – There's no doubt the villa is aesthetically beautiful and well-designed. However, we had an unpleasant experience with the owner seemed overly money-minded. A minor damage occurred to one of the pillows, and while we were ready to compensate for it, he quoted an unreasonable amount—charging us for two pillows when only one was affected.

As you may recall, we do not charge any additional costs without reason. However, we noticed that the iron you used burned the pillow cover and the Wakefit pillow. For these damages, we requested a fee of Rs. 600, which we believe is quite reasonable. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and hope you enjoyed your overall experience with us.

Average stay, but can become a better place.

Great location at HSR layout in a good locality of few villas around. The villa looks nice from the outside and there is a good floor plan inside too. Service is overall average. TV never worked in three days, fan was running at only one speed, toiletries and linen was never changed in three days, even serving a coffee in the evening was a challenge for them. bachelors roaming around in baniyan and short pants.

The stay was good and the room was big. washroom was too small The bed was not good, suggest to change it. Rest was more than my expectations. very neat and clearly mentioned rooms. Even the bathroom was also neat and clean but too small. no mosquito or any bed bug.

soloThe caretaker suhail is super rude. On a booking he said i do not agree to mm t prices and i am cancel-ling your booking. Harassed me for days till mm t came to my rescue and sorted it out. He instructed his cook to not give me food while all others staying at the property were eating breakfast, dinner but i was told that we have stopped. For checkin he kept me waiting for 3 hours despite the room that was to be allotted to me being vacant. I saw it with my own eyes. There are many significantly better hosts. Plz don't go to this place. They are evil

The hotel has good rooms and a cook which are the good parts. Don't serve bottled water everyday. Rooms are cleaned every 2-3 days only. The property manager is rude and does not know how to talk to customers
