Nandi Cottages - Nirvana Villa near Nandi Hills

Difficult to find the property no caretaker available and food option they had given is worst. it's 15 kms from isha foundation but they misled by stating 5 kms

poor service.

Bad. जितना पैसे लिया उस टाईप की सर्व्हिस नहीं मिली। कोई सर्व्हिस बॉय नही था। बाथरूम मे बाथसोप ,शैम्पू नही था। ओर ओनर का बिहेवर बहुत गलत था। एमिनिटीज की कंडीशन बहुत खराब थी। टॉवेल भी नही थे। होरेबल जगा थी।

Location is incorrect, the owner plays smart by giving a nearby location within a ghost layout and once you call and reach there and he will confirm after you send him id's. There is no caretaker, no facility the name and pictures are misleading. Its a house in a ghost layout and much remote. Its no cottage so name should by changed. The pictures are misleading, the quality of the place is average at best and not worth what's being charged. Check satellite pic shared for the location

Property was good, just miss out such is bathroom essentials such as towels, soap, bodwash etc. Property location is little outskirt and no nearby homes will be better if better security

The stay was very good except locating the exact house. We reached around 7. 30 p. M. And the location showed in makemytrip was not the exact one. Tried calling the contact and after couple of calls he picked up and guided us to the right location. You can get food by ordering to a hotel and the food served was very good and tasty. The house kept very clean and it very spacious one too. Overall we had a nice stay.

The property is a standalone apartment and there are no much houses in the area. Hence there are security issues with the house. There is no security guard to check who is entering the house. The cost for the rooms is very high looking at the amenities. Since this is a self checkin property there is no service available. They don’t provide toiletries. Also the toilet seat was broken.

- property was largely un-maintained. Few other properties under construction around this in a plotted layout. Nails and cement lying around. - host did not come to greet. A random caretaker came who handed me the keys and ran away before i could point to any flaw. - smart tv internet was not work, i had to connect my mobile and later fixed the router myself - no proper garden with chairs, the stool was filled with water due to rain - garbage was lying in the corner - foos-ball table legs were broken and kept with wall support - no hand wash/soap, tub gel. Had to ask for such basic stuff - bathroom vanity door came out of its hinges in my hand. - toilet seat was broken / unhinged - of-course no food which is already mentioned in property description. - water was not available next day - not suitable with a small kid pros: - spacious - bath tub - swiggy/zomato available - cooking facility with working induction and refrigerator - ac working

The nandi villa i stayed in was great and clean. The surroundings are pleasant. I really enjoyed staying there.

It'was a very stunning retreat. Location of property was very good. Property owner was very submissive and took care of his guest. Some minor drawbacks were in provisions for cooking utensils and drawing room amenities but it's ok for short trip. 4. 5 / 5 rating should be given.

As there was confusion as when we reached the location the owner told we have already told to drop the advertising of our hotel but they ve not then later agreed also the location & ambience was good but they didn't provide extra blanket as in night it was cold.
