Nice isolated place for peace of min, close to a lake and mountains, Ayurvedic therapy .approach road is bad.

Spent the weekend here. The location is perfect in the midst of a hill and a lake. The atmosphere was very peaceful and quiet . The staff was very courteous and helpful and ensured that everything is being taken care of to ensure a delightful experience. The Satvik food was delicious. Overall an amazing experience

food is super tasty. near by hiking is good one. booked the luxurious category room and vire was superb. just a 15 min head massage should also be included in the package is what I felt. rest everything was perfect. I had a very good 3-day stay at shatayu. The doctor was knowledgeable and the therapist was skilled. Very pleasant and peaceful resort.

We really enjoyed our short retreat in sathayu. Very friendly calming atmosphere, beautiful property and surounding, compentent friendly doctors and eager to support and help staff. Highly recommend

The stay was amazing. This was an anniversary gift to my parents from me. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay there. Bust of shiv shambhu was the cherry on top. It was a peaceful and spiritual break for them.

It was a peaceful serene location. Sunrise and sunset views are excellent. Hill around the resort is apt for trekking and offers great views. Bathrooms hygiene should be improved. Ac in the room was a mess, malfunctioning in the night. We asked for an extra bed and we got a mattress in the place and not sure if they meant for one of the person to sleep on the ground with that mattress alone. We told them to take away the mattress and settled with 1 bed in the room. A huge family with many kids made a lot of noise spoiling the peaceful dinner breakfast time. Could put signs in the common areas to maintain silence. The staffs are very responsive and well mannered. Welcome drink was so tasty, and refreshing. They have you one when you are checking out as well (if you ask. Food is delicious & simple. Kitchen staffs are very professional, and well behaved. Overall an excellent stay.

Last mile approach is not metal-led and not suitable for vehicles other than suv. In standard room bathrooms, the shower wets the tissue roll in stand next to toilet seat. In an ayurvedic resort no fresh fruits or salads served. Landscaping and housekeeping standard is excellent. Peace and quiet is what is offered.

Pros: the hotel upgraded our standard booked rooms to deluxe and luxury rooms when they were out of std rooms. Cons: 1. Rooms were smelly, some had no ac working, they scheduled some lawn mowing and the noise of which was so loud that we ended up not enjoying our stay. 2. The property is good, but its meant only for people availing yoga and treatment. Please do not consider this as a fun place. Except a 5 ft swimming pool there is nothing to play for kids and adults. So, this is not the conventional resort. 3. As this is mainly preferred by people who wants treatment, the food is tasteless and not good at all. You can imagine food as the one you eat when your sick. Also, there is no other food option in the vicinity. 4. The attitude of the receptionists is not good from inquiry till addressing our issues we had during our stay. 5. Massage were average. For that price we can find better massage in Bangalore. I won't suggest this place for fun and weekend getaway.

It is overpriced. Rooms are old. Food is average. If the prices were lower, would consider again.

The room is horrible the painting for walls is also peeling. The approach road is earthern road. Not even proper lighting. Dangerous for low clearance vehicles. The location is fine and maintanence has to be improved a lot. Very high price for that facility.

Good place to spend some peaceful time with simple and healthy food

This place has awesome location and lake view. Rooms are good and food was awesome. Only issue is road entrance from the main road is full of mud and slush. Bikes need to be careful during rain

I visited this resort with my family over a weekend. It was an amazing experience. Location of the resort is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Satvik food is served which was the best thing for my mom. I will recommend this place if you want to get away from the usual fast life.

Stayed here for a night with my Oxfam Trailwalkers to recuperate from our 50km walk. Great palace with a serene calm and comforting surrounding. Comfortable beds, decent room with basic amenities and a kettle, with a spectacular view of the surrounding nature. The hot water facility in the bathroom, the brief Ayurvedic treat, and simple but nutritious breakfast, all added to delightful experience of the property. Hope to be back again soon!

A place where all the family should visit once to silence their inner and outer talk and connect to infinite intelligence for the betterment of their lives. Resort and ambience is good but treatment is too costly. Therapists are inexperienced and treatment ineffective. Overall, this is a nice concept but overpriced.

Good combination of yoga, meditation and physical activities.
