Very bad, Asked extra money for 2nd guest, even room was for 2, they asked in evening not at checkout.

Basic services were lacking, I had to call room service for towels, AC batteries

bathing water is of poor quality. it is yellowish in color.

ok .. there is nothing good noticeable to mention

Mosquitos, no tooth brush, no tooth paste in the room, i had to go out at 6 am to get it as no one was available at the reception and also, no one was picking up the phone. No hot water in my room. I had to go and take shower in another room. The entire morning was ruined.

Value for money, spacious room, had all required facilities

The stay was good. Rooms are clean neat and spacious. Room service cleaning is also good. Breakfast was also really good

The place is well located and the staff is very courteous. The room size is good and the bathrooms are clean. Most importantly it is a great vfm hotel.

Some of the staff are good, some really bad. Otherwise, the rooms and all are okay. Overall, a decentish experience at coffee bean inn.

I just cute d down one star for room fan is not abice the bed it's too far from bed, so i was not comfortable with this. And all out for mosquito is missing also.

Clean place with good bathrooms. Main door has additional manual latch for safety. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has a decent spread, each day there’s a different breakfast. There is no car park. In the amenities section this is mentioned as ‘shared parking’, but actually there’s no parking in the premises. Fortunately the road outside is quiet and car can be easily parked there.

Clean bathroom and they allowed me 1hr of early checkin. I just booked for 1 day and went their to sleep. But overall it was value for the money paid

The room was neat and big. The bathroom was pretty good with hot/cold water facitlity. No smell of any type in the room/bathroom. However the basic things were missing, like drinking glasses, toilteries, and even small thing like tea sachets. For everything starting from water bottle, glass, toilteries we were expected to call reception. Only 2 option for breakfast was provided which was less for the cost paid. The serving of the breakfast was also very less, and it was tough asking for everything everytime. A small change can make a good stay experience.

I went bangalore for business trip and stayed property for 1 week. Since i have reached property at around 10pm, they offered me apartment on 6th floor. Since its too l8 and was very tired. I didnt know a dog freely roaming on 6 th flooer ( labrador black one) its soo huge. More than 2 wice that big dog attacked on me. When i complaint about the incident they just say sorry to me. How irresponsible they are, any thing could happen to me. If you are visiting the place avoid 6th floor its attached with terrace. Make my trip should take initiative of thiis and do the needful.

Photos is deceptive. Also the room size mentioned is wrong. It is just a small bedroom even if you book executive room. No spoon or tea cups. No tea sachets. High priced for average facilities. Room is neat and the bathroom is good.

Pretty expensive place but not worth it. Complimentary breakfast just had idly and sambhar. No dental kits provided. The balcony view is very basic even in deluxe rooms.

Very warm welcome, nice ambience, clean environment, rooms are good, in one word everything is perfect
