Sun Shine | Rooms in a Serviced Apartments

If you think of staying in a service apartment in central bangalore, my recommendation is not to go to this service apartment. The breakfast everyday was horrible. Though they say, it's inclusive of breakfast, but the breakfast is horrible with no variety. Staff is pretty much ok. There is no fridge in the room. Cold water was a big problem, faces issues with the ac, bed linen was not changed on a daily basis, towels were not changed if not asked. All in all, a horrible experience. My only ask is for them to provide good service if you want guests to find their stay comfortable.

It's a very centrally located place and the rooms are big and spacious. The service and hospitality is top notch.

Recently i had to stay in sunshine apartments and i regret choosing there to stay with the family. Reception staff behaviour rude words with me and family unacceptable. Also as per him we have to checkout in “hours” instead of 23hours as mentioned. I literally drew a clock and explained him from 12 pm to next day 11 am is 23 hours. But he reluctantly and rudely repeated at least 100 times. Later connected with owner and he said on speakerphone it is 12 hours. And owner said it was just communication gap. Even after that still the staff didn’t agree and he asked me shutup and listen to him. Have you ever heard of such service from even a non-star hotels? all for late checkout additional charges for every hour ( we checked in 9hours late), which we were happy to pay and did pay as well. But the rule which he was saying 12hours stay regardless of checkin time and we have to pay additionally beyond that was a ridiculous and wrong rule which is not there in any where. Our entire trip experience was ruined by him single handedly. Usually our company employees stays there, i am going to strongly advise everyone to not stay here.

Everything is awesome in general and approach of the owner is excellent in particular. Overwhelmly satisfied.
