An average property The checkin and check-out was seamless, however the property could do with better Housekeeping and general upkeep. Ask for front facing rooms, as the ones behind face a wall and have windows from the neighbouring building with No privacy. average food with limited food menu, but the kitchen staff is happy n smiling. Housekeeping is very Bad and needs drastic improvement ( I had no towels when I came in late in the evening from work, when asked was told that House keeping has left for the day. No hot water post 9 or 10 in the evening. location is easy to find.

I’ve stayed at several TGI properties before and have always appreciated their hospitality and maintenance, but unfortunately, Langford Keys did not live up to that standard. The rooms and bathrooms were poorly maintained, which was disappointing considering the brand’s usual reputation. However, what truly shocked us was the behavior of one staff member — when we misplaced our room key, instead of assisting us or verifying our identity to open the door, he became extremely rude, used foul language, and outright denied us access to our own room. I was forced to raise my voice just to get him to open the door. We reported the incident, and management came in the morning. They informed us that the staff had been terminated and offered a refund, which we appreciated. Still, the entire experience left a very bitter taste. This is not what I expect from TGI. Hopefully, the management takes stronger steps to maintain their brand reputation and ensure guests are treated with basic courtesy. Would not recommend this particular property.

I have checked in late at around 2130 in night ...but after reaching room seen bed linen was dirty and washroom towel was wet ...next day I have asked them to replace all. Breakfast was average . On the last day I have checked out at 0700. Attended told me breakfast will serve at 0730, but unable to had even though it was ready..

Rooms are clean , bathrooms are cozy , with very little space for bath ..food is not that great ..avoid taking breakfast here

Rohita at the reception gave a very friendly welcome and made us ferl comfortable..staff was very cooperative and helpful. The cook at the morning breakfast was also very kind enough to make fresh omelet and dosas for us..loved the stay

The place is quite interestingly peaceful, even after it is situated in a prime location you will still feel like you are not in bangalore. Minimal distance to places like lal bagh, st Mark's road, etc. The place is affordable, adorable and beautiful. I can suggest this place for a couple too if they want to spend some quality time.

it was a decent hotel to stay with and very comfortable. safe for ladies I stayed for one night. breakfast was good

Room was not serviced the next day by housekeeping. Amenities like bathing gel was not placed in the room. Old smelly linen on the bed. Sound from corridors kept me awake all night. School trip kids were housed on the same floor and they wee noisy and rowdy.

Great experience. Food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Convenient location. Room was quite clean and roomy.

The hotel was cleaned and properly maintained. The food is also good. But sometimes the behaviour of room service was not pleasant. The chief is good but the way of communicating is not. But i like the behaviour of the food serving staff especially one person and shatrughan the recipient

Good service and room clean and size of room is good, location center of city, near bus station and restaurant aee available

Location is the greatest attraction as it's at the very heart of the city but little inside, so not effected by traffic noise and fumes. Amenities are good for a comfortable stay. Breakfast spread was simple and good as well.

Neat and clean rooms with central location in bangalore, received great service from sad-guru was helpful in accomodation all our ad hoc requests as we were travel-ling with a 1 yr old child.
