It was a very good overall experience. The host is very nice. They have easy communication within all the channels and location is also very well-connected.

Stayed as a solo traveller hence didn’t want to stay in hotel

Its near to shantinagar busstand. as described only room is provided. old bedsheet, mosquito, u can spend like 1-2 hours for fresh up. Nothing much to do

I found a few wonderful homestays near Basappa Road, but I'd like to highlight one that caught my attention. * highly-recommended option ¹. Although it's not directly on Basappa Road, it's definitely worth considering. This homestay offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for travelers looking for a home away from home.

The room lacked keys and was fairly average. It had not been deep cleaned, with dusty tables and fan. In the afternoon, we found ourselves locked inside as the caretaker had left, locking the main entrance. Additionally, the property is located over half a kilometer from the main road, making access inconvenient. Overall, it was an average stay. The bed and pillows appeared old, and there was no mirror in the room—only one in the bathroom. Ride-hailing services like Uber and Ola are limited in the area, and it took over 30 minutes to book a cab to Majestic.

Room was very stinking. Bathroom shower is not working. Toilet is not fixed properly. It was moving when we sit on it. Bedsheets are stinking. Blankets are not washed after previous use by other visitors. Whole room was stinking like as if walls and furniture were soaked in dampness for years. Not a good experience.

The location is in a serene neighborhood. It was hard to find the property since no boards were present. However, on calling the owner, the owner guides you to the exact location. Amenities like wifi and hot water were good.

The stay was comfortable. We were three people. The room had a double bed attached together and we are provided a bedding for the third person. A/c was not provided but the temperature was not that warm so it was okay. Bathroom was comparatively spacious compared to the room. Hot water facility was available. It was a residential building in a residential area, around 20 to 25 years old. The caretaker was friendly. Drinking water was provided on request in addition to the one provided earlier. Breakfast was also seen served even though we did not avail the facility. Overall it was a good experience especially as it was for a day only

From the way mr. Vijay welcomed me over the phone till we checked out, we felt as if we were staying in our brother's house. Though the amenities may not be at par with some star category hotels, his hospitality with humbleness and caring attitude are above 5 stars. Our experience with this stay made our mind to make sushruta homestay as 1st preference for our future stays. Thanking mr. Vijay & mrs. Vijay for your love beyond business.

The stay was very good , the hospitality and helping mentality of Mr.Vijay and Wife should be appreciated. We felt like home. When ever we come to bangalore we prefer to stay in the same place . It was a pleasant stay 🥰 Thank you Ajiesh Anto ollukaran

It was a lovely stay. Mr vijay is the owner of a quaint stay, with all of the facilities that you can expect. I particularly liked the outdoor seating area outside the bedroom, that was a nice touch. Overall 10/10, will try and stay here while visiting again.

Homestay location is the best since it is in heart of the city and all good locations, vitm, cubbon park, botanical garden are very near. So less traffic if you want to visit these locations. Rooms are in good state. However you don't get even tea here. Owner helps you in making tea since kitchen is common.

It was nice and we'll furnished, good behaviour of the staff and good accommodation, every room has private outdoor of this home and it was peace and calm area no noise from outside vehicles or others things good to stay there peacefully.
