The peaceful surroundings and pet-friendly atmosphere made it a great experience for both us and furry companion.

One of the worst experience

I recently stayed at hoopinkai farm retreat, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Let's start with the positives: the property is indeed surrounded by lush greenery, which adds a serene touch to the surroundings. The food served at the on-site restaurant was tasty, although quite pricey for what was offered. Now, onto the negatives, which unfortunately overshadowed any positives. Upon check-in, we were dismayed to discover that there was no electricity available. Fans and wifi were initially running, only to be abruptly shut down later with a message from the host informing us of ongoing repair work. This lack of electricity persisted for the entirety of our stay, despite assurances that it would be resolved promptly. To compensate for the absence of basic amenities like electricity, the caretaker arranged a makeshift night stay setup that provided minimal relief from the scorching summer heat, with only temporary fans to stave off discomfort. Overall, the lack of electricity throughout our stay significantly detracted from what could have been an enjoyable experience amid-st nature. The property's failure to deliver on such a basic necessity severely impacted our comfort and overall satisfaction. Until these fundamental issues are addressed, i cannot recommend this property to others seeking a reliable and comfortable stay.

I was on a solo bike ride and trekking program and while on ma way back from tumkur to bangalore i wanted a place to crash for couple of hours as i was super tired. Upon searching in make my trip i came across this beautiful place. I must say this is the most under rated property i hv ever come across in my life. Quiet, surreal, beautiful and magical i felt being there. I ended up staying a whole night and left next day early morning. My early morning walk with the two dogs and the interaction with the care takers were beautiful. I do intend to come back with my frnds and family. A place with lot of outdoor space for family and kids- a long walk through the whimsical woods is an added attraction.

FOOD COST For one person ₹850 is very high. You have to reduce it. outdoor jhoola or idle easy chairs must be provide.

I don't know where to start from, however here is my feedback, 1. The property is very difficult to locate, no signboards, dark and poorly lit. 2. No proper checkin, only a lady caretaker and no covid protocols followed 3. Room have doors whose latches don't fit, bathroom door dosent close, washbasin with no piping and water falling out. Geyser am not sure from which age and is a health hazard as it's open and could conduct electricity 4. The property description ha a mention of no pets, however there are two dogs which have shoat in the garden, no hygiene at this property. 5. Food was decent but a loot at rs 350 per plate. The property owner said she would message her up i id / number but didn't. I paid rs 1050 to the caretaker and left. Overall you may see my ratings very poor, however this is the actual truth and i have never found such a property which is shown as 4 rating to be this bad. waste of rs for a night

Nice place and food was great( except for veg barbecue), thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. A great spot for birding and weekend getaway.
