Property location is good but is not maintained properly. Lights were not in working condition, hot water option was available only via heating rod. Room door lock was not working properly. Staff is good. Kitchen and food option is not available in the hotel.

I am highly disappointed with my recent stay at your property. Despite breakfast being included in my package, it was not served. The room was in extremely poor condition — it was dirty, lacked proper electrical fixtures, and the linen provided was torn, yellow, and appeared very unhygienic. This experience was far below expectations and not in line with the standards promised at the time of booking. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action.

My experience there was soo disgusting, the original hotel room was different than it seems to be in pictures, ac was giving water drops, no soap, no dustbin inside, no tissue, everything was leaking, in the morning the room was full of ac water

Blanket and bed sheet had stains. Washroom was dirty with birds poop. The glass above the door was not covered and the light from outside ruined my sleep. And the lift was broken. I got room in third floor. What if i bring my parents along ? Patetic yaar
