On the first day, i did the check-in at 1. 15 am. I have done the booking for a normal room whereas they have accommodated me in a different building, saying as that is their service apartment. Facilities in the service apartment were horrible. I would like to list down the issues that i have faced there. 1. The room door was not able to close. I had to bang the door to get it closed. 2. Sofa was stinking
3. Lots of mosquitoes were in the room
4. No hangar were available in the room to hang my dress
5. Bed and pillows were having very bad smells, and that smell was there in the full bedroom. 6. The size of wash basin in the wash room was too small and was very difficult to use it. They provided me room number 301. When i complained about the room on the second day morning, they provided me with a normal room in the hotel itself by shifting me the service apartment.
