Request not to stay here in this hotel unless you are locals. No room service, no breakfast, no toiletry, no phone, no no minibar etc although everything is mentioned in booking details. Staff are exceptionally rude and any issues they will simply ask you to clarify with makemytrip.

Hotel is good but we pay for breakfast n we not get any type of breakfast and service is very slow location for exhibition center is good but bit inside the market area.

I had terrible experience staying in this hotel and will never stay again and never recommend anyone. I stayed for 3 nights but there were several issues i faced with no resolution like no wifi, frequent power cuts, foul smell in washroom, intercom not working since day 1 and nobody came after several complaints for intercom. Try to think staying in a hotel room and no intercom facility, i have to go to reception which is two floors down or stay without services. Their kitchen starts at morning 11am and they just serve a south indian meal every day as breakfast. We cannot even order breakfast separately as their kitchen timings are 11am onwards. I travel frequently but never had such a terrible experience. Poor management, will never recommend to anyone
