Stay was horrible, smell was coming from bath room, cockroach are there in bathroom. They have not provided any towel. Bed and bed sheets are dirty. Rooms does t ha e phone to contact reception. No choice for breakfast.

Worst sray
Horrible stay experience at treebo rr residency sanjay nagar. We stayed there for 3 days and after asking several times to change the bed sheet they didn’t did it. Like i remember 4-5 times i called from hotel room and thrice i went and asked at reception.

Poor Stay
I booked the room and in the middle of the night some guy was watching me through the bathroom window and when the same guy was trying to open my room window which scared me out and when i called the reception guy he said that i m hallucinating worst experience

Pathetic service
They are having a terrible service. The mentality of the staffs are pathetic. They think that if a male and female share the room some improper things gonna happen.

Rr residency is not as expected. Towels were dirty. Breakfasts were not ready till 08. 30a. M. Staff not upfront about giving customer service.

No complimentary water, bathroom accessories like soap, shampoo etc were not provided. Even toilet paper was not available. Receptionist was rude. Cleaniness wise also it was not good.
