I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheets didn’t look clean. For the price I paid, I expected basic hygiene to be taken seriously. This really affected my comfort during the stay. I hope the management improves their housekeeping standards soon. Staff was good and helped me with early check in .

Poor Stay
Room was small. Not well maintained. The bathroom was not clean. Shower was not working. Charging sockets were not working.

Hotel denied room
businessHotel denied room. Because of non availability of rooms. I was standard in the middle of the night. Hotel already informed mm t that there is no rroms. Still mm t app allowed me to book.

Poor stay. Staff response was very bad. Not a good stay
Staff were rude. No cleanliness. No good response from staff. Not a good place to stay. Towels and bedsheets are not washed properly. Bad smell inside room. Bathroom are dirty. We have booked 5 rooms and all the rooms were bad maintenance. Not allowing customers to stay more 15 mins after the checkout time. They are repeatedly calling to rooms to vacate immediately after the checkout time

Good place for family stay
familyIt was pleasant stay with clean rooms and supporting staff, bit challenging with voltage fluctuation causing ac turning off every half an hour. Otherwise nice place for an overnight stay.

Excellent Stay
Interior decoration of the room is good. Air-conditioner, TV, greeser works well. Parking available for few cars. Good restaurant available adjusent to to hotel. Authentic indian cuisens served there . Juice is fresh and tasty. Overall my stay here is good.

Poor Stay
The place has no parking while it is mentioned that there is parking. The room was good however the sheets had holes and ac was not working properly. Staff are good, however room maintenance is average. Sheets and towels were not maintained properly.

Worst experience - hotel not recommended for stay.
1. The actual tarrif of the hotel is way less than that listed and charged by makemytrip. 2. The rooms are dirty and never cleaned despite of escalations. The hairs on the floor is a key feature followed by dirty linen 3. The pillow covers are yellowish, old and torn 4. The bathroom roof and walls have fungus residuals 5. The ac doesn't function properly. With a lot of noise. 6. The exhaust fans are not installed. The window panes are broken, the parts covered with newspaper. 7. The lobby except ground floor is shabby, the dirty plates, discarded bags lying around with flies 8. The rooms are full of mosquitoes. The hotel does not even have a mosquito killing racquet. 9. The glasses and coffee/tea cups are washed with the same unwashed hands after cleaning the bathroom. No basic sense of hygiene or cleanliness. 10. The staff incl. The manager is arrogant and rude. 11. They do not provide the bills. The manager notes the mobile number and informs that the bill would be sent on whatsapp. The bills are not generated even after advance notification of 2 hrs. 12. The drunk customers are hosted on 2nd floor and the shouting continues till late night till/after 1:00 -2:00am.

Unorganised management
couple1. No complementary water was given during checkin. 2. We had asked for room cleaning on the 2nd day, but it was not done properly. 3. We were charged for some extra water bottles that were not ordered by us. Probably it was some other room's bill. Later the extra charges were removed. 4. I had forgotten my charger in the room and i had called and confirmed that i will visit 2 days later to get it. I was told that they have the charger. But when i reached the hotel, they did not know anything about the charger. And then i had to wait and explain and also do multiple enquiries, post which i finally got the charger.
