1. Rooms were spacious but were not cleaned before our arrival. 2. Bedsheets were used and dirty. 3. Location is good. 4. Service person is good. 5. Toilets were not cleaned. 6. In one room towel was given but not clean and in another room no towel was given. 7. Complimentary toiletries like soaps were not given except only 2 small sachets of shampoo. 8. Finally, air-conditioning were not running properly in both the rooms.
