The staff made me feel welcome throughout my solo stay, providing excellent service while respecting my independence and privacy at all times during my visit.

very bad experience, bad staff behaviour, no hospitality, no toiletries were provided, the room smelled of cigarettes the whole time for 2 days stay, then breakfast was not provided even though it was paid for already, when Asked for breakfast they brought masala dosa in a polythene to eat without any plate spoon nothing, Received no room service or cleaning during my stay. Dont ever think to book this hotel ever unless no other options are available

The location is a bit backwards from Kodathi village road. Wifi is available on each floor with a lift facility available. You can use the roof to dry clothes. AC is also there. The facility is up to the mark.

The room was not cleaned when we reached the hotel. They did not clean even the next day. Lock was not there for bathroom door. AC was broken

Worst experience nothing more to stay

Difficult to find the location, untidy beds n bead sheets, no towel, no bathroom lock, etc. Terrible stay.

Room was good and facility and Hospitality was really nice. But the only difficulty i faced was AC was not working in my room but since climate was cooler it didn't matter much
