Hotel O EVA RESIDENCY

The Eva residency and room I stayed in was very clean, and the caretaker explained everything clearly. I have a very good opinion of the room and eva Residency.

Small room, but tidy. Clean toilet. Very good stay and service. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives. A small side table near the bed will be appreciated

I have made the booking of 3 persons, two adults and one child. when I visited to the property, the present caretaker, didn't provide me the extra mattress, because of this ,I need to take, another room on rent. I have visited the property before 2 hours of check in, he took 200 rupees extra charge, for 2 hours ,before check in.

I opted for no food, so I have no comments on that. There was no dedicated reception staff or caretaker at night, as a single person was managing everything. In terms of cleanliness, it was okay but rather average.

No negative feedback and it's a peaceful stay. The receptionist was good and approached well. One can consider staying here

Good looking rooms, luxurious space, proper maintenance, good response from manager and caretaker

No towels or soap provided. The reception was not aware of my booking even after showing the booking confirmation.

Bathroom was stinky and not cleaned. Flush was not working. Caretaker responded that housekeeping not available everyday since he was alone. Leftovers of previous guests were not removed. I never recommend this place for people who demands hygiene.
