I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent booking made through your platform. Although I checked in briefly at the hotel, I had to leave within 15 minutes due to the extremely poor and unacceptable conditions of the property. I did not even remove my shoes during the visit, as the place was simply uninhabitable.
Here are the key issues I encountered:
• The hotel was extremely dirty and unhygienic.
• There was no air conditioning, despite it being listed in the amenities.
• The room had a strong, unpleasant, and persistent stench.
• I observed numerous cockroaches in the room.
• The window was damaged, compromising security and ventilation.
• There was no ceiling fan provided in the room.
• The false ceiling was broken, and rainwater was leaking through it.
• The toilet’s ceiling light was not functional, making it difficult to use.
• The chairs provided were filthy and unusable.
• The promised breakfast was not available.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was not only uncomfortable but also completely unacceptable from a safety and hygiene perspective.
Despite reporting the issue immediately, I have not received any resolution or refund from either the hotel staff or the MakeMyTrip support team.
