Terrible Stay
The waste room and air conditioning are not functioning properly, and the staff’s behavior is arrogant.

Excellent location. Amazing experience in Treebo, like to visit pan-india.
Hotel was good to stay.Very near to my office. I am there are all basic necessities which are helpful for every day needs. Decent staff behaviour.

Good Stay
They should give 1 litre of water every day to the room. Housekeeping should be done everyday. Towels should be changed everyday without asking. Bed was dirty and had hair on it. My rating would be 3

Not good for business travellers
Location is good. Ambience is poor, breakfast is terrible, wifi speed is very slow, cleanness is poor. Staff behavior is not professional

Average Stay
The property is good and comfortable. The management has to check frequently whether electrical items and phone is working or not, due to time crunch i couldnt able to go to the receiption as my room landline is not working and i cannot user the room service. I already raised the complaint to the managemenr but they didnt resolved and i had to adjust myself

Average Stay
room is good but lot of smoke smells around common areas and it seems like fit for bachelors. not for family. room service also not that much good.. they keenly asking for money for late check out but it was mentioned that late checkout and early check in options but actually resort people looking to charge it. it’s great if they improve the clean like smoke smells not spread around and they need to provide good service then they should charge price is too high but actually resort price is cheap also earning money only but not providing customer centric service... smells cannot prove in the picture can visit the resort and check it…

businessHotel is located near nice market. Staff is cooperative. Room are nicely maintained and hall is also provided with good sitting arrangement. Breakfast is average.

The room was decent plus the basic amenities were adequate enough for my stay except the towels for which i was little disappointed. The breakfast and tea could have been better plus after 10:00am i did not get any breakfast option to have during my 2nd day of stay. Rest all everything was fine.

soloPlacement of food was unhygenice, food quality is really bad, you will have to call many times before getting response from reception, asking for an additional towel makes them roll their eyes, geyser doesn't work properly

The room was good, food was yammy. There is only one problem they don't come to clean room daily. Like you need to call them to clean the room. I stayed there 6days nobody came to clean the room, though i was mostly outside of the hotel during the day time so it did not bother me much.

Service and support could be more professional
businessDay 1 complained about tv not working the hotel team tried few things but could not solve the issue so they said they will change room next day. Finally i had to complain to tree o team and they helped me in getting the room changed at night.
