On the first day, i did the check-in at 1. 15 am. I have done the booking for a normal room whereas they have accommodated me in a different building, saying as that is their service apartment. Facilities in the service apartment were horrible. I would like to list down the issues that i have faced there. 1. The room door was not able to close. I had to bang the door to get it closed. 2. Sofa was stinking 3. Lots of mosquitoes were in the room 4. No hangar were available in the room to hang my dress 5. Bed and pillows were having very bad smells, and that smell was there in the full bedroom. 6. The size of wash basin in the wash room was too small and was very difficult to use it. They provided me room number 301. When i complained about the room on the second day morning, they provided me with a normal room in the hotel itself by shifting me the service apartment. We landed into bangalore and hotel taxi was ready for our pick up though slightly costly. We reached hotel at 4:20 am. Room was allocated and we reached room it was amazing. One of the best beds and breakfast range is gr 8 in vegetarian food also. Lunch we ordered and it was good. Tea and coffee were good. Only if tea had jaggery instead of sugar and breakfast without onion it would be top of the world.

Good for families. I faced poor wifi speed and mobile reception in my room. Complementary breakfast. Good customer service.

Please avoid this place. Zero value for money and zero manners to talk to customer. Room was an absolute mess. Never go for this hotel.

Was offered room different than what I had booked, terrible behaviour of staff, ac not working, forgot my shorts here, they had it identified and later lost it when came to pick it up

Dirty place not clean bedsheets

Never expected MMT to not to check the Hotel and put it on their website. It is a complete wastage of money. The photos put in MMT are photos hopped. First time in since am using this site this was the first Hotel where are checked out in 2. 5 hours and the irony is it was non refundable booking. It's on a busy road and in a residential place. I received a call at 11:40 p.m to check if am checking in on thursday night. I checked in on friday around 3:30pm and checked out by 5:30 p.m since I couldn't stand the room and its location, still got a call today stating I never checked out.

Hotel is located in good residential locality with all facilities available near by.

I Am disappointed by the Hotel staff behavior and how they treated us. It was a horrible experience in all.

The behavior of Hotel management was awful. I Am extremely agitated by the problems we faced.

Room was big but bathroom was not good. Room could have been cleaner. Location is good.
