Terrible Stay

The mattress was too bad I swear I had back pain sleeping on it , they didn't change it even when I said it was the worst experience. Also they had a limit of 1 water bottle a day that too after charging me too much . Won't ever book stay here.

It was a good and descent stay! Room was clean and spacious Service was awesome Location was also good. Overall a good stay only the manager was a bit rude. Apart from that everything was fine. Some lights were not working that should be improved

There is no proper response for tamil people... Also no tv signal when enquired about this no proper reply... Also two reading lights not worked....

Staff were courteous and helpful. Nice vegetarian restaurant downstairs. Rooms are pricey for their quality, but location is an advantage. I do not have unfortunately.

Value for money with no frills

Rooms were great. Washrooms clean. They had an arrangment with a restraurant on ground floor for breakfast. The quanlity was limited but there was variety. You could take extra food by paying extra and rates were reasonable. Only challenge i found was that there was luke warm water and not hot water what i was expecting. I stayed 4 nights and same. Rest all was good and for that price the value was great.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The food at the restaurant on the ground floor was also decent. There were issues with power and electricity the whole night that i was there and for some reason no alternative arrangements were not there. It was pitch dark and exit signs to stairs were not there, since the elevator wasn't working and i had an early check out it was difficult. The staff was good to have come and helped and guided. But exits or signs or a working inverter would also do.

Very bad hospitality. When asked for a dental kit, the manager clearly said that stock over, go and buy for yourself. Yesterday i reached bangalore by 10 pm and reached hotel by 12 am due to heavy traffic. I already informed the person in the counter that as my flight was rescheduled i will be checking in late, i'll pay for dinner i requested him he said sorry you need to arrange. Rooms are not good.

We stayed at classio richmond for 3 days. Room was neat and clean. Luft facility is available. They provide complimentary breakfast. Staffs are good and polite. It is located on prime location of richmond road. There is a hotel below the stay named parijat which provides good food with quality and taste.

soloWe were really pleased with our stay at as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in centre as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.
