Bloom Hotel Richmond Rd

Location is good and in central part. Limited food options. However executive rooms are not sound proof and whenever the other room turns on water in washroom - there is lot of noise in the executive rooms from across the wall. Avoid if you want good sleep. AC’s were also not working so was one lift also not working.

it's a boutique hotel, very clean and neat. I liked the hotel, but for road facing rooms they should install sound proof, loud  vehicles noise comes from outside.

Excellent stay. Easy check in process and pod lookalike room. Spacious and rooms were cleaned daily and place is reachable to happening places.

Food was good and has variety. Location is closer to offices like Canara Bank, M2P Fintech etc. Washroom is neat. Room is bit small but good enough for one day trip. You need to ask for toilet kit. only then, they will provide

Bloom was pretty convenient to check into. The experience was on par with the expectations. The rooms were as advertised. There were no surprises. On the whole, I appreciate the tech enhanced experience.

air-conditioning has not worked for more than 2 hours and after repeated calling the reception plans to arrange filter cleaning in the midnight . very very bad service and staff insisting on staying in the room without any ventilation and denied providing room and refund. very bad customer service

The property is situated at a very nice location with eateries and shopping complexes nearby. Unfortunately, we had a few issues with the amenities offered. The A/C kept switching off and on throughout the night, although it was not bothersome, it was not comfortable as well. The TV kept going offline, so we stopped watching it altogether. The service though is pretty good. Whatever we asked for was done within a few minutes.

Pros- 1.Nice bright rooms 2.location okay 3.Smart TV enabling ott platform views Cons- 1.Check in time they adhere to 2pm only even if u reach at 1pm they will still ensure u get room by 2pm 2.Need maintenance, some tables in room broken. ac cooling needs to improve as no fan in room.

The hotel is conveniently located. Has clean rooms. Good breakfast. The only thing that made me not give 5 * was the fact that if you get road facing room then brace for night long noise of traffic. When I pointed out to the front desk, it seems they know about it... There's no sound proofing done. Which I know is not difficult to do.

Clean rooms, large bathrooms, friendly staff and a food spread that is not confusing made for a great stay. The location is also great, near cbd offices.

My stay in bloom hotel was excellent! the staff members are very cooperative and the room are very clean and spacious. Hope to be back for my next visit. I haven't taken any images on this trip but hope to do it during my next trip
