More cleanliness is required. Washroom was small. Shower tape was not working properly. Water bottles had very bad smell and I couldn't be able to drink water from them. I didn't find hotel at pat with respect to brand image and group level. Overall it was average.

The rooms are tiny barely with any space to move around. One cannot fit in the bathroom properly to have a shower. Kudos to the designer who designed the rooms for dwarfs. Jess at reception is not fit for the job. He doesn't have patience to listen to the customers. He just goes on blabbering what he thinks the customer might be saying without even attempting to understand the query. Rajeev on the other hand understands the query and makes every effort to resolve it to the customer's satisfaction. Three cheers to him.

The property was located at a walking distance from Darbaar Sahib, the rooms were tidy, cost and sufficient for a night’s stay. Proximity to Parking is also not a hassle, however they dont have their own parking. Pricing was fair for the product. The staff was good too. In a nutshell, for a family trip, excursion or a short trip, this seems perfect stay.

Location is near to golden temple, but lacks basic amenities. rooms are too small. no food available. not even milk for kids.. only breakfast, that too lacks in taste. no fridge in room. so much noise the of traffic the whole day. we booked for 2 night, but left in one day itself.. very poor service..
