Nice to stay here , the location of the hotel is very good and very near to Golden temple.Hotel staff is also very supporting . Overall it was a nice stay.

It was a very comfortable stay with supportive staff at any hour we needed. Staff were very soft while talking and was quick in their services.

Nice stay at hotel. Person at reception and room service were very generous. They helped me for each and everything right from reaching hotel from railway station to places to eat, visit and charges for each of them. Just they messed up with breakfast orders on my last day of stay due to high number of orders. Apart from it full marks to the hotel. Location is most promising part of the hotel. Thanks for hosting us.

Pathetic service though staff was cooperative but room had no amenities like kettle no window for ventilation the hotel is doing renovation simply don't understand why did they accept the booking when their kitchen is not even operational even to have tea we had to step out everytime even lifts not operational yet as it's doing renovation I would never recommend anyone to stay here

not find locate hotel , and not responce hotel end, third class management, very poor location, not hotel have parking

Good Stay , very Good Service and very closer to Darbar sahib and Langar ghar. I will recommend other also to stay. But if family members 3 or more than that then prefer family room. Best room. twin room is little smaller.

Worst experience at this hotel due to two major issues: 1. I was asked to pay twice because the staff claimed they hadn’t received the UPI payment confirmation, even though the amount had been debited. After returning home, I followed up multiple times over the phone. Initially, they insisted they had only received one payment, despite checking their statements. It was only when I mentioned filing a case and requested their account statements that they admitted to receiving the payment twice. They promised to refund the extra amount immediately, but I still had to keep following up to get my money back. 2. On the first night, we stayed in Room 103 where the shower and bath tap handle were jammed, making it difficult and time-consuming to bathe. Upon requesting an extension for another night, we were shifted to Room 203. However, even there, the toilet jet had no holder and was left lying on the floor. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable.

For those whose wants to stay close to the temple, this hotel great location. The bed linen was not clean, the bathroom dust bin was not cleaned and it has bd garbage, when complained, staff apologised and cleaned it. Didn’t get to taste the food but the chai and lassi were good. Staff is cordial and helpful.

We found the property's location on mmt. Golden temple and jallianwala bagh and local market is just few minutes walk. hotel staff is very supportive. they provide parking space also room was very clean.

It was an amazing experience there once I entered the property... The room was very well furnished and cleaned! Breakfast was provided according to our customizations...the only fault part is the location of the hotel it was very conjugation and we were stuck there for a short span yet the traffic was movable!
