Worst experience at this hotel due to two major issues:
1. I was asked to pay twice because the staff claimed they hadn’t received the UPI payment confirmation, even though the amount had been debited. After returning home, I followed up multiple times over the phone. Initially, they insisted they had only received one payment, despite checking their statements. It was only when I mentioned filing a case and requested their account statements that they admitted to receiving the payment twice. They promised to refund the extra amount immediately, but I still had to keep following up to get my money back.
2. On the first night, we stayed in Room 103 where the shower and bath tap handle were jammed, making it difficult and time-consuming to bathe. Upon requesting an extension for another night, we were shifted to Room 203. However, even there, the toilet jet had no holder and was left lying on the floor.
On a positive note, the rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable.
