Staff is very cooperative and room is very clean must visited and good vibes also near to golden temple.

Average stay
Location is ok, but service, staff behavior needs lot of improvement. They kept inquiring for providing breakfast even confirmation of booking from makemytrip.com. And very limited option if you are choosing complementary breakfast. This does not happen in any other hotel. Rooms are smelly, bathrooms are below average. Beds are not upto the mark. This should not rated as 3*.

Poor Stay
I arrived early in the morning at 7 AM well before the check in time of 12 Noon. The gentleman at the reception was kind enough to check me in on payment of an early check-in fee of INR 300/-. I was allotted Room 305 which was fairly decently done up, the roof was however patched with fungus and I had to deal with a bout of allergic rhinitis and eventually had to take medication. The bathroom had no hot water. The morning breakfast was wholesome and filling but the lunch order for a rajma chawal combo left much to be desired. Having reminded the reception twice and waiting for over 40 minutes, I checkout of the hotel. Poor service, barely tolerable room. I guess I made a mistake by staying there. Will not recommend the property to anyone.

Average Stay
the property is located near to railway station just approx 1 km. need to walk approx 300 mtr from the main road. the interior of the property is old. whereas I will say the owner and it's staff are good in behaviour. some of the things they need to upgrade in the property interior and facilities like toilet seat, faucet etc. TV was not working in the room we stayed even though we reminds many times. the over all experience is good

Terrible Stay
the hotel location is very horrible, dirty bathroom so many cockroaches in the room and washroom, nobody pick the pH in reception. very bad experience

Good staff, Easy Early check-in, Old interior
hotel is decent but looks quite old, is inside a small street. most autos deny coming inside and need to insist. no views, and no windows or outside light also. However, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. no drama whatsoever for early check-in, or helping with plates or anything for outside food orders, etc. prompt service. choose only if you're on a budget, or need early check-in like us, biggest downside is the lack of windows or outside light in lower floors, very old interiors needing an upgrade for the family room. we also had a premium recently renovated room which had some new interiors and window as it's on 3rd floor. I really liked the people there

Average Stay
The hotel is situated in a narrow lane, and it is difficult to park your vehicle. We stayed on the third floor where WI Fi was not working even TV was not working.
