Excellent Stay
We had a good two night stay in the hotel. Property is near and clean. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful especially Ms Prabhjot Kaur who handles the travel desk has been very helpful. Restaurant serves quality and tasty food. Mr. Dharma pal in captain in the restaurant has been too courteous who gave ample idea about the food to choose our taste. Property is very near to Golden Temple and besides Jhalian Wala Bagh. Overall I gave good recommendations. Location wise it is in a very thickly busy area being near to the Golden temple. Except that inconvenience everything is more than worth the money for an enjoyable stay.

Room allocated to us was stinking and we asked for change in room, which was done. water coming in washroom was in black colour in between, which was also informed to improve. otherwise staff and location is good.

Excellent Stay
we had a excellent stay at Hotel Golden Lagoon. The best part is rooms are very good & it is near about 100 mtr from Golden Temple and the exit gate of Jallianwala Bhag is just 30 mtr. excellent location & excellent service👍

Excellent Stay
Our stay at the hotel was amazing.The food,service and the hospitality was very nice.Also a great advantage is its location which is very nearby to the Golden temple and the Jallianwala bagh.Special reference to madam Prabhjot kaur who took good care of all our needs.Overall a worth the money experience.

wonderful room well cleaned and chilled. but no Table in the room for eat dinner and Towels stand on the toilet. No slippers facility. hope you are taking action and full fill the requirements

Poor Stay
The stamps golden lagoon, ac was not working properly and throwing water. Golden temple view room had no view of the temple but if the street outside. Service poor as several calls had to be made for someone to attend. Nobody at the reception was there to help us bring our luggage from the cab . Food was ok. Kulcha was good

Awesome place to stay in Amritsar
My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The location gets a 10 on 10. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Their restaurant, Masala Darbar, too is very good, serving awesome kulchas. An overall lovely stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel as this was my second time with them.
