The hotel's location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. he rooms were very clean and comfortable.. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the food also.

Good Stay
The hotel location is not far from the Golden Temple, which is a added bonus. The property is also well done up and relatively new. However, the staff need proper SOP‘s and training as maintenance and operations are lacking with no proper follow up being done.

Everything was great! We stayed there for 2 days and there was not even a slightest inch of inconvenience for us, from service to food everything was great. Location was easy to be reached, food was good, all type of amenities were great. Everything stand the criterion.

Was Okay overall as a stay, would not recommend to a woman.
I was travelling solo for some work in Amritsar and chose this, even though it's a walkable distance from major attractions, the location overall is a major kill, it doesn't feel at all safe, cat calling, people staring at me for no reason! This felt super unsafe. The hotel's wifi didn't work, The property is nice no doubt.

bad service. door lock not properly worked. complimentory food they provide was veg. no buffet they provide. no dining area in hotel. they serve the food in room but their is no table in room. water problem in washroom. no replacement after many time of complain.

It's a great stay. The rooms, washroom and linen are clean. The hospitality of the staff is good. Golden temple is at a walking distance of around 10 mins. A special mention to Anil Thakur at the reception desk for his courtesy.
