The blanket was dirty, there was a yellow stain on it. The room is small, and there is no handwash, no shampoo, no soap. overall bad experience 😕

There were no towel, no toilet soap, no tissues, tv not working, dirty bedsheets, no blanket

Hotel is nearby golden temple, staff is very cooperative, rooms are bit small but stay was pleasant here. Last thing last everyone is complaining about bad bedsheet we faced the same so i think this can be improved.

How enjoyable the stay was. It is really worth staying there. The golden temple, shri harmandir sahib ji, and other markets are only a three-minute stroll away. They were really gracious hosts. Friendly receptionist who is always willing to help. The room included a smart tv and was neat and comfortable. The room looked precisely like it did in the photos. Offered us a changing room when we returned and allowed us to leave our baggage there for a bit while we went on a walk-through following check-out. We give it a five-star rating.

Worst hotel ever, with photos proof (do check! before booking. I booked this hotel, on our trip to amritsar, after going through the positive reviews (which now i think all are fake. There is no option to give 0 star, otherwise i would have given that only. Since everything about this hotel was negative only, hence breaking them down in points. [please note : i am attaching photos for all the concern in image section, hence it is 100% proofed that all my below points are correct and genuine] 1> rooms are too small and stinky, then what they show in pics, b early 2 people can fit in and sleep. When we were first entered into the room, it was stinking like someone pooped inside the room, my wife immediately puked after entering, first thing we asked in 5 minutes of entering the room was room freshers. 2> no ventilation in room, not even a single window, me and my wife both were claustrophobic, so surviving here for 1 night was a nightmare for us. 3> zero soundproofing in rooms, we were at 1st floor and intercom call on ground floor was clearly audible to us, rooms were not soundproof at all, a big concern for privacy. 4> dirty and broken/teared up, blankets, in winter season one expect nice and warm blankets, but here were provided with dirty (in piss, it seemed) and broken blankets, i asked these people for new blanket, to its reply they asked me only to pick up blankets which were thrown in out, no service guy was available, i only picked up blankets, and those so called new blankets were having holes in them, terrible experience [images attached. 5> beds were too dirty we had to put plastic + papers, and then we slept on those beds [image attached. 6> we had 2 nights booking in this hotel, but since the experience in this hotel was traumatising after one night only we checked out from this hotel and booked an another decant hotel. 7> also this hotel is nowhere 300 m close to golden temple, they fake their claim too, hotel is around 1 km away from main entrance of golden temple. And coming to this hotel in itself is a trick even local rickshaw people do not know the address to here, to its replied hotel staff said to me "ki aapno esa rickshaw liya hai jisko address nhi pata" that was too rude and stupid, how a newcomer would know if rickshaw people know a address or not. Overall from staff to arrangements from location to amenties, terrible experience. 8> lift was not working we had to tow our own luggage by our own. Don't book this hotel, even if you're getting it free do not book this one guys, this is my genuine review you can see the images i am attaching, do not book this one. Hope my review helps!

Distance from temple is walkable. Staff is helpful. Bedsheets were dirty/not changed. Hot water available throughout. Overall passable for the price
