Stay was comfortable.. rooms are neat and clean.. staffs are friendly and cooperative..peoperty location is convenient

nice hotel..good clean stay..only that manager didn't give us complementary upgrade even though it was available... overall stay was comfortable and hygienic .new towels or more whiter towels would have been better excellent location. great stay

amenities and services are not good. They gave us a room which was locked for months .Cobwebs in bathroom. Door latch was broken.Jet spray pipe of toilet was lying on the floor. Kettle was not provided.On asking they anyhow arranged in 2 hours, that also broke .The other one was given on the second day.On arrival they refused to provide towels. They said we have a shortage and all in the laundry. The most horrific scene was a small door in the washroom which was closed using brown tapes. I went down and asked the manager he said it's a duct room of piper n electricity wires. We were so scared at night .It was like an entry for an unknown person directly in the room, because bathroom latch also was broken to lock n sleep. I suggest everyone ,if you are booking a premium room looking at the balcony, please go and check once and then pay. If you pay online like me , you may get the same experience..My daughter was sleeping in that room.we shifted her to our room n we slept there.Manager said we will repair the latch in morning but that morning never came and he forgot.

it was nice and under budget as we were students......the staff was nice and cooperative.... everything including rooms nd service were nice . Ajay was attending us and he was nice too

I had a terrible experience with my recent booking through According to my booking confirmation, I had reserved 2 Deluxe Twin Rooms, each clearly mentioned to include 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed (suitable for 2 Adults & 2 Children). However, upon arrival, the hotel staff denied this and only provided rooms with two single beds each, completely ignoring the booking criteria. This was extremely inconvenient for me and my family, especially since the booking voucher clearly mentions the correct bed configuration. We had booked in good faith based on the details provided , but the property refused to honor them. Due to this, I had no choice but to check out immediately and request a refund . Unfortunately, I still haven’t received the refund to date. On top of that, I was to book another hotel at a much higher price at the last minute, which caused financial loss and ruined our trip experience. Adding , when I contacted customer care, I was kept on hold for over 45 minutes any resolution. Such service is highly disappointing and unexpected from a reputed platform Overall, this experience caused huge inconvenience, extra expenses, and unnecessary stress for my family. I strongly urge to take responsibility, process my refund immediately, and ensure that hotels listed on their platform honor the booking details provided to customers.

It was an amazing stay at this place at this reasonable price range with neat and clean room with excellent service and cooperative staff and location, ambience of the room is fabulous and I recommend must visit this place

Room and living area is not clean. Bedsheet, plow, towels are not clean proper. Food and room service is very bad. The Breakfast quality is very bad.

Terrible and very bad security, room service is very bad, food quality is very unhealthy, behavior of receptionist is very bad. Toilets are not clean and room cleanness is very bad.

The hotel staff is not at all co operative, they keep on giving excuses about the stuffs. They controlled ac from the reception & in the middle of night they put it switch off, inspite after multiple complains and request to change the room they didn't bother about it. Overall its really a nightmare to stay in this hotel.

We didn't have food there, as we wanted to explore outside. The location was easily tracked. The WiFi was available. The staff was good and comfortable. But my concern in general should be cleanliness in the vicinity.

Hotel is at the best location at Amritsar. It is situated very near to Golden temple, food of hotel was excellent, facilities wise everything was perfect in the hotel.

Hotel is okay. Not as per price. More feasible options available nearby. Cleanliness not upto mark. Not feels premium as cleaning guys makes much noise and u can't feel privacy.

Good place to stay near golden temple withing 1km radius.Food quality and cleanliness can be improved.
