I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay with family at your hotel and our dining experience in the restaurant. Overall, I had a plesant stay at your hotel with my family. Stay: The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable, The housekeeping staff did a good job. Restaurant: The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and the service was attentive and courteous. I appreciate your efforts in making my stay enjoyable, and I hope this feedback will help you improve your services. I look forward to visiting your hotel again and experiencing positive changes in the future.

It was an amazing stay at this place at this reasonable price range with neat and clean room with excellent service and cooperative staff and location, ambience of the room is fabulous and I recommend must visit this place

i don't know ki logo ne is hotel ki rating itni kam kyu kr rkhi hai hotel was clean big rooms commute available on road hotel staff behaviour was nice near to golden temple

Room and living area is not clean. Bedsheet, plow, towels are not clean proper. Food and room service is very bad. The Breakfast quality is very bad.

Terrible and very bad security, room service is very bad, food quality is very unhealthy, behavior of receptionist is very bad. Toilets are not clean and room cleanness is very bad.

The hotel staff is not at all co operative, they keep on giving excuses about the stuffs. They controlled ac from the reception & in the middle of night they put it switch off, inspite after multiple complains and request to change the room they didn't bother about it. Overall its really a nightmare to stay in this hotel.

We didn't have food there, as we wanted to explore outside. The location was easily tracked. The WiFi was available. The staff was good and comfortable. But my concern in general should be cleanliness in the vicinity.

Hotel is at the best location at Amritsar. It is situated very near to Golden temple, food of hotel was excellent, facilities wise everything was perfect in the hotel.

Bad rooms bad service dirty rooms everything was bad there were hair on the sheets no waters coming

Hotel is okay. Not as per price. More feasible options available nearby. Cleanliness not upto mark. Not feels premium as cleaning guys makes much noise and u can't feel privacy.

Good place to stay near golden temple withing 1km radius.Food quality and cleanliness can be improved.

The rooms are good , there could be some improvement, nearby heritage walk easily accessible, calm and quiet

Pathetic condition of rooms. Rude and uneducated staff. Please don’t choose this for your stay! bathrooms were also dirty.

No welcome drinks sof beverages basic amenities like bath kit dental ki provided as discussed someone was continuously smoking in hotel and i was complaining to reception 4-5 times but no-one was listening and bcz of that i got headache and my whole trip was spoiled. No extra departure time was given they were asking me to leave at 11 only and i left from there at 10:30 bcz of them

Extremely dissatisfied with all aspects of the stay including the room, the location, and moreover the attitude and behaviour of staff. At the time of check in itself they didn't show any sense of customer orientation. We didn't get basic services including changing of bed linen, room and bathroom being cleaned etc. Even after reminding for it. Only upon follow up and insistence towards late evening they came and did some basic cleaning. Tv was not getting connected to wifi and when requested to correct it, no one came for at least half and hour. Then the guy who came to correct it was putting the blame on us. So overall no sense of customer service and customer relationship.

The foremost positive point for this hotel has to be it's proximity to the Golden Temple, second would be their food quality. The rooms have all amenities but the only down side is their service and attentiveness. Both are extremely slow and below the mark. Once this is corrected, I am sure this hotel will be on the bucket list of all visiting Amritsar. All in all-- a satisfactory stay.

Staff was cooperative and hotel was at good location, all market places and religious places was nearby with the hotel location
