Washroom was not goot bad taps and sinks , worst mattress good for stay in terms of price but not a comfortable stay at all

Fake commitment of the hotel , like hair dryer,iron,ect. available in the room and hotel service in to poor morning. I call the hotel staff for baby milk he gave me milk after 1hour so late .

Stay was good. The location is fabulous. I've stayed in Amritsar a couple of times. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in this price range. It is in the middle of the market with walking distance from the golden temple. We booked 2 rooms. The only con would be that 1 bedsheet had some strands of hair when we checked in.

Room furniture is too old. bedsheet are dirty as hell, no cleaniness , no window in room for fresh air , who ever is going to stay in room they are going to hear other room sounds and corridor sounds even at midnight. After booking they are going to call you again and again to know you are coming or not so they can give room to other.

The staff was really cooperative and supportive We had some issues regarding the room, but even at midnight they provided us with a new room

It was great. Staff behaviour was good. Would definitely recommend. Only one person is a bit annoying otherwise all good.

There is no lift, you have to carry your luggage. no space for parking. no availability of food. Unclean bedsheets. No window in the room leading to suffocation. Not at all recommended.

Everything about sb residency is fantastic and we enjoy the stay. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style too. We truly felt like a valued guest. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for memorable experience.

We arrived early at the hotel. They have a small lounge and common washroom facilities, so we were able to freshen up, and the staff kept our baggage safe until our check-in time. They assigned a room on the 3rd floor (no lift facility), even though I had mentioned that I was staying with two senior citizens (over 60). They should have considered providing a lower-floor room. The room was average. The bathroom was very small. The bed springs were broken. Overall, in terms of cleanliness and space, I would rate it 4/10. The hotel staff kept our luggage safe even after checkout for 3–4 hours. The staff was good, but the amenities were below average.
