According to my booking confirmation, I had reserved 2 Deluxe Twin Rooms, each clearly mentioned to include 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed (suitable for 2 Adults & 2 Children). However, upon arrival, the hotel staff denied this and only provided rooms with two single beds each, completely ignoring the booking criteria.
This was extremely inconvenient for me and my family, especially since the booking voucher clearly mentions the correct bed configuration. We had booked in good faith based on the details provided , but the property refused to honor them.
Due to this, I had no choice but to check out immediately and request a refund . Unfortunately, I still haven’t received the refund to date. On top of that, I was to book another hotel at a much higher price at the last minute, which caused financial loss and ruined our trip experience.
Adding , when I contacted customer care, I was kept on hold for over 45 minutes any resolution. Such service is highly disappointing and unexpected from a reputed platform
Overall, this experience caused huge inconvenience, extra expenses, and unnecessary stress for my family. I strongly urge to take responsibility, process my refund immediately, and ensure that hotels listed on their platform honor the booking details provided to customers.
