Excellent Stay
The location of the property was very much near to all iconic tourist places . Gurudwara was about 5 minutes walking Jalianwala bagh was 4 minutes walking . The food was very good and yummy.

Excellent Stay
The property is very near to the backside entrance of the Golden Temple. The food is also good and the facilities are good too.

Good Stay
Staff was courteous and kind, food was amazing with parathas and delicious pickle. Though food was delayed but worth the delay. Looking back to visit again

Average Stay
The beds of the pent house were not clean, and the hotel didn’t provide any clean pillows or basic amenities. Our room was right next to the staff kitchen and drivers’ room, so it was noisy all the time. We paid for one night and expected a much better experience, which we unfortunately did not get.

Excellent Stay
The Hotel was Good. Room was neat and clean, though soaps, paste etc were not provided, but washroom was neatly maintained. We had breakfast included in tariff, it was also good. Location is perfect nearly to main langar hall of Sri Golden Temple. Over all its perfect.

Location was nice, rooms were clean, staff was kind and helpful, just the bathroom didn't have good ventilation it was a little suffocating Overall it is a good place to stay while visiting

Room was average, tv wasn’t working and hot water wasn’t working either. Request at reception they turn it on once but next day had same problem so didn’t bother to report had a cold shower.close to Darbar Sahib quite off road property but staff making noise in alley way and disturbing sleep

disgusting experience
It was disgusting experience I ever had .whatever they show photos 1.they show buffet breakfast but they said chef is not well so u can have limited breakfast which was not good at all as I paid for buffet 2. They show its complementary pickup and drop but there was no service like this .3 I booked penthouse so they showed there will be mini bar and toiletries iron personal locker ,toilet sleeper but all false there was no facility at all means not at all .5.room was dirty not cleaned at all and no one come to our room to clean anything 6. They gave me mattress for sleep I got bed bucks bites all over my arm and stomach which i will share photos here . So I will say don’t go to this hotel at all

Very poor
I complained the manager .The beds were very uncomfortable. If you sit on it, it went deep on the floor. The was no air in the room. Many customers in front of me were screaming and yelling at the manager. every room in the hotel had no ventilation to breathe.. The air conditions were not working, and I had to leave the door open to sleep plus the room was smelly. some of the customers left with the same complaint smelly room, no air in the room too. I am very, very disappointed,with the same amount I could have picked a better hotel. Some customers were asking for refund.
